Job summary

Circles is seeking a hands-on Product (Technical) Associate to support the launch and expansion of its digital telco brand in the MENA region. You will be a key technical interface between Circles’ platform and local telco partners, ensuring seamless integrations and localizing features for exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive implementation excellence, maintain platform performance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or product integration in telecom or SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage technical stakeholder relationships and complex integrations.
• Strong service-level governance and performance reporting familiarity.
• Experience with telco systems (BSS/OSS) and network APIs is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with SQL/dashboard skills.
• Startup exposure or MENA telco/digital consumer experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical contact for stakeholders; provide responsive support.
• Onboard partners and integrate APIs; align configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to internal teams as needed.
• Monitor platform KPIs and identify trends affecting SLAs/SLIs.
• Govern technical service levels and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support commercial discussions on technical aspects with the Commercial team.
• Manage project scope, budget, resources; coordinate hardware/infrastructure delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on timelines.
• Collect feedback and develop internal best practices; document tech content.
• Assist roadmap planning with SaaS Platform and DASS teams; prioritize localization.
