The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical roles within telecom or consumer digital platforms, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles within telecom or digital platforms.
• Proven ability to manage technical stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of service-level governance.
• Familiarity with telco systems or network APIs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical matters.
• Participate in onboarding sessions for API integration.
• Respond to technical inquiries from partners.
