Job summary

Talabat is seeking a seasoned Manager – Partner Product to lead the Central Digital Transformation efforts for partner-facing products and digital processes. You will own the implementation, upgrade, and impact assessment of initiatives across the Partner Portal and related automation.

You will drive data-informed decisions, coach a high-performance team, and coordinate with regional sales, global teams, and product/ops to align roadmaps and deliver measurable value across MENA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in eCommerce, food-tech, or consulting is highly preferred.
• Strategic ownership of program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and senior leadership communication.
• Proficiency in dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Data Studio, Looker, and CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead partner-facing product initiatives within the digital transformation scope.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on product roadmaps.
• Improve self-service features and reduce manual handoffs through automation.
• Provide data-driven insights and maintain regular performance reports for leadership.
