Job summary

Fortinet in Dubai is seeking a Systems Engineer Telco (MSSP) to lead pre-sales support for Telco MSP and Multi-Cloud Security solutions, establishing strong relationships with partners and large enterprises. You will combine deep technical expertise with clear communication to articulate Fortinet's value, tailor MSSP solutions, and drive revenue growth within the install base and new accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in Telco/MSP environments.
• Knowledge of Software-Defined concepts and managed services.
• Experience with private/public cloud security concepts.
• Understanding of 4G/5G security concepts and virtualization.
• Ability to articulate customer value and engage partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a portfolio business plan outlining strategy for Telco MSP and Multi-Cloud Security revenues.
• Responsible for ensuring partner/customer satisfaction at the highest levels.
• Support account plans focusing on client relationship development and growth/retention within install base and new customers/partners.
• Support in finding and developing profitable new accounts within a channel-driven mentality.
• Assist the Account Management team to achieve revenue targets and generate pipeline.
• Maintain knowledge of Fortinet solutions to ensure alignment for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans and profit improvement initiatives.
• Communicate Fortinet sales/marketing objectives to partners/customers.
