Job summary

YOSH Hospitality LLC OPC in Abu Dhabi seeks a strategic technology leader to develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy and technology roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and governance requirements.

You will establish an in-house IT department, oversee transitions from outsourced services, drive technology transformation across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity, and lead Agile delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT strategy development and governance.
• Proven track record in technology transformation and IT operations.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience reporting to senior/executive management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a multi-year technology roadmap and strategy.
• Establish an internal IT department and governance model.
