Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior delivery leader to manage large-scale banking IT programs and wealth platform implementations across multiple entities. You will drive solution design workshops, translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and coordinate multi-vendor implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Banking and Wealth Management experience.
• 5+ years in Wealth Transformation or Private Banking implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale banking IT programs across multiple entities.
• Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams and drive delivery governance reporting.
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks.
• Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, market data, onboarding and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover and Go-Live activities.
