Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Dubai to oversee end-to-end implementation of on-premise and cloud-based solutions. You will coordinate with solution architects, consultants, and regional teams to drive project objectives, budgets, and successful deliveries.

You will mentor customer project managers, manage multi-cultural teams, and contribute to pre-sales efforts while ensuring quality and on-time outcomes in a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as overall project leader in large projects.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
• Project Management qualification from a leading accreditor.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the banking business and bank-related processes.
• Negotiation skills with steering committee experience.
• Leadership experience with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Experience in international change the banks platform projects advantageous.
• Willing to adapt to changing work hours.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution and leadership of change-the-bank projects with Avaloqs customers and partners.
• Prepare project budget and commercial offers with Solution Architect/Consultants and Key Account Managers.
• Achieve defined project objectives in scope, quality, time, budget and staffing.
• Consult and coach customer project managers and teams on best practices.
• Lead projects while supporting pre-sales offers to prospects.
• Ensure deliverables are timely and of high quality.
