Job summary

Involved Solutions in Dubai is building a brand-new greenfield bank and seeks a Product Owner - Wealth to own both the product and the delivery plan. You will shape the wealth proposition from zero, define integration contracts for asset providers, and lead cross-vendor execution to deliver a cohesive client experience.

You will co-own the product with the Business Owner and steer the delivery plan, overseeing SIT/UAT, backlog management, and go-live readiness while balancing timelines, risk,

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years owning a wealth, investment or trading product end to end.
• Real delivery ownership: plan, critical path, vendor dependencies, RAID, UAT, reporting.
• Fully lived lifecycle from requirements through go-live and early-life support.
• Understands order lifecycle, custody and settlement, fee models, and AUM vs AUA.
• Drives third-party vendors to a plan and go-live without burning relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shape what gets built and in what order and make the trade-off calls.
• Own the core wealth solution portfolio and order management, rebalancing, suitability, fees, valuations, performance and reporting.
• Define the integration contract for every asset class provider so vendors plug in without rebuilding the platform.
• Shape the client journey end to end from onboarding and risk profiling to statements and tax reporting.
• Design the wealth operating model with Ops, trade and settlement reconciliations, corporate actions, fee runs.
• Own the delivery plan and vendor set, critical path, RAID, change control and holding vendors to their dates.
• Run the backlog and sprint cadence across the pod.
• Carry the solution through build SIT, UAT and go-live yourself.

Contract role based in Dubai running to March 2027 with a likely two-year extension

Involved Solutions is hiring a Product Owner - Wealth for a brand new greenfield bank build in Dubai

This is the wealth proposition built from a blank page platform investment products client journeys and the vendor stack all being assembled from zero

The bank is assembling its entire wealth proposition from a clean sheet across multiple third party providers and needs one person who can own both the product and the delivery plan

You ll co-own the product with the Business Owner and own the delivery plan alongside it so this suits someone who wants both the product craft and the steering wheel not a requirements-and-handover role

About the role

Qualifications

8-12+ years, having owned a wealth, investment or trading product end to end, built from zero or through a major re-platform

Real delivery ownership, not attendance: plan, critical path, vendor dependencies, RAID, UAT, steering reporting.

Close to half the role

Has lived the full lifecycle personally, from requirements through go-live and early-life support

Understands the order lifecycle, portfolio construction, custody and settlement, fee models, and AUM vs AUA

Has driven third-party vendors to a plan through integration and go-live without burning the relationship

Comfortable in a UX review, a sprint review and a vendor escalation call, all in the same week

Wealth platform (OMS/PMS), international equities, digital assets or managed portfolio experience preferred

UAE/GCC exposure welcome, not mandatory
