du in Dubai seeks a Senior Growth and Strategy Leader to shape telecom initiatives and drive expansion across core markets. You will translate technology trends into strategic programs and ensure alignment with the Commercial roadmap.

Submit detailed “pre-demand” and business forecast which Infra Co should use in preparing its budget and investment proposals: Process described in “Budgeting” chapter of Inter-company process Interface overseen in Commercial WG and Product Development WG Challenge network plans based on technical assessment and recommend plans that are aligned with the Commercial roadmap (aligned vs. not): Plans not confirmed by Commercial need to be confirmed by (ICT, IT, or other departments within EITC) Interface overseen in Commercial WG and Product Development WG Get visibility on network investments and map it to the initiation of official demand, e.g., areas to increase coverage / capacity, high-level plan for feature / capability rollout, reprioritization of Commercial demands based on network cost: Part of budgeting process (overseen by Finance) Interface overseen in Commercial WG and Product Development WG Post demand approval, track performance of main projects linked to commercial performance, e.g., network rollout, product development and quality to adjust its demand, forecasts and escalates changes: Interface overseen in Capital projects WG & Operations and Quality WG
Identifies and analyzes potential business opportunities that arise from emerging technology trends.
This could involve exploring new markets, partnerships, or service offerings that align with the evolving technological landscape.
Assess the scalability of proposed initiatives to ensure they can accommodate future growth and demand.
Work closely with commercial product and segments teams to translate technology trends into innovative products and services.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Significant experience in business and strategic planning, with demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and drive successful implementation across the organization. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with substantial expertise in relevant telecom technologies and a strong focus on strategy development and implementation.
Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with industry trends and company objectives, demonstrating foresight and planning acumen.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of telecommunications and mobile technologies, understanding of IT infrastructure, and familiarity with the latest industry innovations and standards.
