Job summary

Sundus is seeking a Technician Resin Mix to join its resin production team in Al Ain. You will help safely manufacture epoxy resins in the Mixer Area and prepare all raw materials and equipment.

The role requires about 3 years of experience, English proficiency, and a background including a High School diploma or apprenticeship with on-the-job experience. You will work with HMI-controlled equipment, SAP, scanning devices, packaging products, and ensuring quality and removal of FOD.

Qualifications

• Experience with epoxy resin production in a mixer/plant environment.
• Familiar with SAP and scanning devices for materials tracking.
• High school diploma or apprenticeship with on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture epoxy resins safely in the Mixer Area and prepare raw materials and equipment.
• Operate semi-automated HMI-controlled equipment and machinery.
• Package resin products and move them to storage.
• Use SAP and scanning devices to track, move, produce, consume and label materials and products.
• Verify procedures and material storage instructions are followed; ensure best quality and elimination of FOD.
• Take material samples for the Quality department as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe manufacture of Epoxy Resins in the Mixer Area

including the preparation of all raw materials and equipment.

• Use and interaction with HMI controlled semi-automated equipment and

machinery.

• Packaging resin products and moving to the storage area.
• Using SAP and scanning devices to track, move, produce, consume and label all materials and products throughout the plant.
• Secondary duties include verifying procedures were followed and material

storage instructions are adhered to.

• Best practice working to ensure the highest possible quality for our customers

and elimination of FOD in the work area.

• Taking material samples on behalf of the Quality department as necessary.
