Job summary

Jobtailor in Sharjah seeks a production operator to perform material receiving, mixing, milling, filling, and line cleaning while maintaining production records.

You will ensure product quality through in-process checks, correct deviations, and strict adherence to SOPs and safety rules in a paints manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• SSC/SSLC is mandatory
• Manufacturing industry experience is required
• Experience in manufacturing paints is an added advantage
• Proficiency in English Language is mandatory
• Able to work independently or as a team as per the requirement at various tasks
• Highly collaborative team player
• Timely coordination and communication among the team
• Submit an application letter and CV in English
• Ability to follow local SOPs, safety standards, environmental regulations, and company protocols
• Ability to use PPE and handling equipment for hazardous materials
• Ability to operate manual and semi-automatic machinery
• Ability to perform in-process quality checks and maintain production records

Responsibilities

• Perform raw material receiving and preparation
• Carry out mixing, milling, and filling activities
• Safely load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Store and handle materials in compliance with safety standards
• Operate mixers, grinders, and filling machines
• Adjust machine settings and monitor operations for product consistency and quality
• Conduct in-process quality checks according to product specifications
• Report deviations to the supervisor and assist with corrective actions
• Clean equipment and production areas to prevent cross-contamination
• Clean tanks, mixers, pumps, and other equipment using designated solvents
• Label and dispose of waste materials in line with environmental and safety regulations
• Document cleaning solvent usage and maintain the Reuse Solvent Register where applicable
• Report to the Production Supervisor from the Sharjah factory
