Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with epoxy resins and silicone molding techniques.
• Proficiency operating vacuum degassing equipment and casting machinery.
• Strong understanding of material properties and behavior during curing.

Responsibilities

• Precisely measure and mix epoxy resin and silicone components, adhering to exact ratios for optimal curing and material integrity.
• Prepare molds by cleaning, degreasing, and applying release agents for easy demolding and flawless finishes.
• Operate and maintain specialized casting equipment, including vacuum chambers and degassing machines, to eliminate air bubbles and achieve professional results.
