Responsibilities

• Testing & Preparation: Prepare test specimens and perform mechanical tests, including lay‑ups, autoclaving, and coupon machining.
• Safety Compliance: Execute all tests using approved PPE (including respirators) and report any near‑misses to the HSE Manager.
• Equipment Care: Ensure all tools are within calibration; perform daily logs, maintain equipment record books, and report malfunctions to the Lab Supervisor.
• Data Management: Utilize computers for mathematical calculations and graph preparation; support the creation of MTL documentation.
• Operational Excellence: Follow strict methodologies for analysis and contribute to cost‑efficient resource usage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, SAP, and LIMS; experience operating CNC machines, band saws, autoclaves, and UTM preferred.
