Job summary

TradeQuo Global in Dubai is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide technical and customer support for trading platforms and fintech products on-site with rotational shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer support or fintech, strong troubleshooting, English fluency, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and CRM tools. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or fintech or trading environments.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and root causes.
• Comfortable working with data, accounts, and transaction records.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical info to non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage cases in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 or trading platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and customer support via live chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot issues related to trading platforms, account access, deposits, withdrawals, and platform functionality.
• Investigate and analyze client issues using account activity, transaction details, system information, and CRM records.
• Identify technical or complex issues and escalate to appropriate teams including Technical Support, Funding, Risk, and Compliance.
• Document cases clearly in the CRM with relevant technical details and steps taken.
• Guide clients through platform functionality and provide clear resolutions steps.
• Verify client documentation and account information per internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor escalated cases and ensure timely resolution and clear client communication.
• Prepare, review, and interpret reports and operational data.
• Develop understanding of trading products and financial markets.
