Job summary

BAH Partners in Dubai seeks a Trading Application Support Engineer to own production trading applications, monitor incidents, and support both proprietary and vendor platforms. You will collaborate with PMs, Traders, and technology teams to ensure robust trading systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a strong Python and SQL skillset, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Relocation to Dubai at your own expense is required, with occasional extended hours to cover US market timing.

A leading trading firm is looking for a Trading Application Support Engineer to join its Dubai team.

This is a hands-on application support + engineering role, working directly with PMs and Traders across business-critical trading platforms.

The Role

• Own production trading applications, monitoring, and incident resolution
• Develop and enhance internal trading tools and applications
• Support proprietary and vendor trading platforms
• Work directly with PMs, Traders, and technology teams
• Support later hours / US market coverage when required

Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Background within a buy-side firm or Investment Bank
• Strong Python + SQL preferred
• Strong technical fundamentals and an entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset
• Exposure to FlexTrade, Tradeweb, BidFX or Trading Technologies is beneficial
