Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a hands-on Exchange Production Support specialist to maintain a 24x7 production environment for the trading platform. You will support users, manage incidents, own release processes, and optimize operations while collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in production support in financial services, strong Linux/Java skills, and experience with FIX/API and trading systems. On-site in Dubai, with a flexible work setup where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production support experience preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience with UNIX commands, SQL and Bash/Python scripting.
• Experience supporting FIX protocol and APIs.
• Strong Linux/Java based systems knowledge with cloud/DevOps exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Experience supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) including equities, derivatives, FX or crypto trading.

Responsibilities

• User Management: provide technical support to Sales, Business Users, Institutional and Retail clients with focus on application & API support and network connectivity.
• Incident Management: identify and resolve production incidents with end-to-end ownership and prompt escalation.
• Process Management: own release activities, audits, and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Operations Management: monitor and automate alerts to maintain system stability and uptime.
• Continuous Improvement: identify improvements and automate manual tasks to enhance service levels.
