Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks an experienced Senior Technician with a deep understanding of electric vehicles and powertrain systems. You will conduct field visits, provide remote support, and prepare detailed technical information reports for escalation and review.

The role emphasizes extensive EV/PHEV know-how, advanced diagnostics, and ability to work with the latest repair methods. You will report to the Technical Support Manager and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in service field of automotive repair.
• 3 years as Master Technician in dealer service operations or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and diagnostics for new gen EVs.

Responsibilities

• Perform field visits and remote assistance to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical information reports and submit to the principal.
• Escalate issues to Technical Support Manager when needed.
