Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator for an Aircraft Engine MRO role at a Dubai-based facility. You will analyze technical information, author and review service bulletins, and ensure compliance with MOE, EPMs and SOPs while coordinating with OEMs.

The candidate should have 3+ years in technical support or similar and a strong background in engine maintenance, airworthiness regulations, and ERP-based task card management.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in the industry with at least 2 years in Technical Support or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of engine maintenance, workscoping and job instruction authoring.
• Thorough understanding of OEM guidelines, Airworthiness regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in reviewing, preparing, and approving workscopes, SBs and Airworthiness Directives.
• Proficiency in technical documentation including task card preparation and customization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize technical information to enable cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and review shop visit reports and engine release documents.
• Review and update service bulletins and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with OEMs for technical support and guidance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with airworthiness requirements and OEM standards.

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Coordinator - Aircraft Engine MRO for one of our very well-known client's MRO Engine Shop facility based in their Dubai office.

Job Description:

• Ability to analyze and synthesize technical information to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation, including shop visit reports and engine release documents.
• Experience in manual revision reviews and Service Bulletin updates.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning, engine disassembly, inspection, assembly, and testing processes.
• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Engineering Procedure Manuals (EPMs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance with airworthiness requirements and OEM standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Support or an equivalent role.

• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
