Job summary

Royal Ocean Marine Enterprise Pte Ltd in Dubai seeks a Technical Superintendent to manage a fleet of dry bulk carriers, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and budget control. You will lead shore-based technical support for vessel command teams, driving uptime and environmental performance across maintenance, repairs and inspections.

Required are a Chief Engineer Class 1 CoC, 2–3 years at sea or equivalent shore role, and in-depth knowledge of MAN B&W/WinGD/Wärtsilä engines, PMS/ERP systems

Qualifications

Valid Chief Engineer Class 1 CoC with sea time.
2–3 years of sea time as Chief Engineer, or 2+ years in shore-based Technical Superintendent role.
Deep knowledge of main engine systems (MAN B&W / WinGD / Wärtsilä).
Familiarity with RightShip inspection frameworks, PSC regimes, and Class rules.
Proficiency in maritime PMS/ERP software (AMOS, SERTICA, Danaos, Veson Nautical).

Responsibilities

Oversee technical management and budget execution for an assigned fleet.
Provide 24/7 shore-based technical support to vessel command teams.
Ensure compliance with Class, Flag State, IMO and PSC requirements.
Manage dry-docking, repairs, and cost control within timelines.
