Job summary

First Class Vending LLC seeks a Technical Sales & Business Development Executive to lead end-to-end B2B sales across the UAE. You will identify opportunities, handle inquiries, present solutions, and close deals for vending machines and related systems.

The role requires strong English, UAE sales experience, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams for installation and after-sales support. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
• Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
• Excellent client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License – Required.
• Excellent spoken and written English – Required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B sales leads and identify opportunities across the UAE.
• Handle inbound leads from emails, calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, referrals, and other channels.
• Follow up professionally with potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to final deal closure.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with corporate offices, factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools, universities, hotels, and other locations.
• Develop long-term strategies to increase customers, market presence, and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable vending machine solutions.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, contracts, invoices, and other documents.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, rental/purchase agreements, and service contracts.
• Follow up on quotations and proposals until closing.
• Keep records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with technical/ops teams for delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
• Provide professional after-sales support.
