Wilhelmsen in Dubai seeks a passionate Technical Sales and Business Development Manager to grow profits with current and new customers, while maintaining strong relationships with key account managers. You will lead a best-practice technical sales approach and build a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth on current and new customers within the product portfolio.
• Define prioritized target lists and execute activities to close deals with a best-practice technical sales approach.
• Collaborate with Sales counterpart (KAM) to define SPG integration within Sales Activity Plans for opportunities.
• Build the sales pipeline to hit targets based on quality opportunities in existing accounts and new business.
• Ensure opportunity progression in the sales pipeline and conversion to account sales with focus on NBIs and DD opportunities.
• Proactively utilize sales tools to identify growth opportunities for assigned product portfolio and engage target customers.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through high-quality and frequent face-to-face meetings.
• Seek, develop and maintain multilevel entry points and relationships with target accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Services to secure growth and a unified approach to opportunities.
• Maintain high level technical and practical understanding of assigned SPGs for commercial purposes.
• Ensure accurate CRM input (visits, opportunities, deals, etc.).
• Comply with WSS sales governance and processes.
