Job summary

Client of AIQU in Dubai seeks an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead security initiatives through full project lifecycles, align cross-functional teams, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while upholding the highest security standards.

You will define scope, manage risks, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and report progress to senior management. The role requires PMP, strong security knowledge, and excellent English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/InfoSec or related field
• 5+ years in cyber security project management
• PMP certification
• Strong security know‑how: network security, vulnerability mgmt, incident response
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with risk assessments and mitigations
• Proficiency with MS Project / JIRA
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines for cyber security initiatives
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors and stakeholders for alignment and execution
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations and change requests
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies
• Track project performance and report status to senior management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies
• Drive closure activities including lessons learned and handover
