Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management and Technical Contracting in UAE.
• Track record in MEP and civil works management.
• Knowledge of fit-out and décor works under tight deadlines.
• Excellent planning, execution, and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations of integrated facilities management contracts.
• Supervise project works including MEP and civil.
• Monitor team performance and ensure cost control.
• Maintain relationships with clients through regular updates.
