Job summary

CANIS REAL ESTATE LLC in Dubai invites an experienced Operations and Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day technical works and maintenance projects. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise technical teams, ensuring MEP systems, fit-out, renovation, and services run efficiently while meeting schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Applicants should have at least 2 years UAE experience in facilities management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in technical works, facilities management, or maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and technical services.
• Proven experience in managing projects, workforce, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing operational reports and project documentation.
• English is mandatory; Hindi is preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of technical works projects and maintenance.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical teams to ensure project execution.
• Manage MEP maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and general operations.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor workforce productivity, resource allocation, and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
• Prepare operational reports and project updates for management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure UAE regulations and HSE standards are met.
