A leading facilities management firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of buildings. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with local regulations. Ideal candidates will have 710 years of experience in the UAE, strong technical skills, and excellent leadership abilities. This role includes managing budgets and vendor contracts, ensuring high standards of safety, functionality, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 710 years of experience in facilities management or property operations in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, and building safety standards.
• Sound understanding of UAE health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all building systems.
• Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess building condition.
