Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in GCC or 5 years in facilities maintenance.
• ITI Certified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC and electrical systems, including pumps and motors.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty components in electrical distribution.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform system cleaning, adjustments, and emergency repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance actions.
