Responsibilities

• Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, PMs and site teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor design coordination and resolve technical queries promptly.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead and coordinate all technical activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• 2. Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• 3. Coordinate with consultants, design teams, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• 4. Monitor design coordination, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
• 5. Ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and construction schedules.

Requirements:

• 1. Minimum 12 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.
• 2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3. Proven experience in a technical management role on high-rise building projects.
• 4. Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and consultant coordination.
• 5. Excellent leadership, technical problem-solving, and communication skills.
