Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi Emirate seeks a seasoned Manager for Technical Integrity Assurance to lead asset integrity governance across plants and pipelines. You will shape company standards, manage risk-based assurance, and drive performance reporting and digital initiatives for lifecycle integrity.

The role requires 10+ years in oil and gas, including 4+ years in supervision, with strong leadership and audit experience in process safety and HSECES frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Minimum 10 years in oil and gas operations, maintenance, asset integrity or process safety.
• At least 4 years of supervisory or management responsibility.
• Experience with asset integrity governance and risk-based assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Technical Integrity framework for plants, pipelines, and projects.
• Lead audit programmes and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Coordinate Level1-3 audits and verification activities across assets.
• Establish a Centre of Excellence for asset technical integrity and process safety.
• Promote continuous improvement and ALARP demonstrations across operations.
