Job summary

A prominent marine services company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Technical Authority to ensure compliance with ADNOC and international engineering standards. This role involves leading engineering activities across various stages, overseeing EPC contractors, and managing complex engineering issues. The ideal candidate will coordinate with operations, mentor teams, and support cost optimization, ensuring strong asset integrity and safety protocols in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical authority, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international engineering standards.
• Lead and approve engineering activities across design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure HSE, process safety, and risk management (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, etc.).
• Oversee and technically manage EPC contractors and consultants.
• Approve technical deviations, resolve complex engineering issues, and ensure asset integrity and reliability.
• Support cost optimization, value engineering, and innovation.
• Coordinate with operations, projects, and management; mentor engineering teams.
