Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• At least 6 years in a relevant managerial role with direct exposure to plant operations.
• Strong background in gas processing, production engineering, maintenance, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve asset integrity and process safety policies.
• Implement programs to strengthen integrity assurance and process safety.
• Manage technical authority framework for asset integrity decisions.
• Establish processes to review technical integrity events and mitigate risks.
• Prepare integrity performance reports for corporate leadership.
• Promote a proactive integrity culture and challenge legacy practices.

Skills

Mastery of integrity assurance methods, systems, and techniques

Strong knowledge of industry standards and ADNOC guidelines

Proven leadership, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities
