Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Coordinator with an engineering background to align internal teams and customers across project approval and execution stages. You will manage HW samples, drawings, and delivery timelines while ensuring ERP data integrity.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and multiple departments, resolving technical and delivery queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering on commitments with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree holder or extensive construction/building/civil experience.
• 5 years in the same field/products.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision.
• Experience across markets and cultures.
• Capable of taking responsibility, initiative, creativity.
• High level of computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams at project approval stages (HW samples, mock ups, material submittals, testing).
• Coordinate at project execution stages (SD drawings approvals, on-time delivery).
• Coordinate with customers to resolve technical and delivery queries.
• Partner with Sales to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by timely commitments.
• Identify trending issues and escalate internally.
• Establish time frames and execute projects accordingly.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely customer support.
• Deliver inputs to ERP ensuring seamless flow in customer service.
• Ensure ERP is up to date with all customer data.
