Job summary

The Code for Decoration Design & Fit Out LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Technical Architect - Fit-Out to lead technical coordination, shop drawings, and site support to ensure projects meet approved drawings and specifications.

You will review drawings (architectural, structural, MEP), prepare submittals, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and resolve site issues while maintaining documentation and assisting the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Dubai/UAE fit-out experience.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Experience in shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Dubai fit-out project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Experience in preparing and coordinating shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Good knowledge of architectural finishes, gypsum works, ceilings, flooring, joinery, doors, kitchens, and related fit-out works.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong Dubai fit-out project experience will be preferred.
