Job summary

Al-Nahda Educational Institution is seeking an IT Specialist to join the IT department in Riyadh. The role focuses on providing end-user support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

The successful candidate will handle daily Help Desk tasks, hardware/software maintenance, account management, and information security alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/CS.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on IT Support/Help Desk experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support and Help Desk assistance to staff and end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and directory services according to company policies.
• Monitor network infrastructure and assist with connectivity troubleshooting and system updates.
• Document technical incidents, solutions, and maintain IT asset inventories.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and coordinate with third-party technology vendors.
