Job summary

Mashreq seeks a Senior Vice President – StreamHead, Finance Technology to own strategy, architecture, delivery, and governance of Finance Technology platforms. The role drives modernization, cloud adoption, and risk controls across General Ledger, regulatory reporting and data governance, aligning with Group standards and local regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of banking or financial-services technology experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
Deep knowledge of General Ledger, financial accounting, close, reconciliation, regulatory and management reporting.
Strong experience with Oracle EPM, OFSAA, ERP systems and data warehousing.
Proven track record delivering large-scale banking transformations across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

Define and drive Finance Technology strategy, target architecture and roadmaps.
Lead Run, Change and Transform programs to balance stability and modernization.
Ensure regulatory reporting, data quality and control frameworks across jurisdictions.
Partner with Group Finance, Risk and IT leadership to govern budgets, demands and vendor management.
Represent Finance Technology in governance forums and audits.
