Job summary

D4 Insight is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to provide technical leadership, drive project planning and ensure best practices across program initiatives in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE. You will guide development teams through ideation, discovery and delivery, shaping POC hypotheses and RFP packs.

The role requires hands-on Java expertise, strong Agile/SDLC knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Collaboration with vendors and business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software development teams in structured delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and modern development practices.
• Proficient in Java with ability to drive technical discussions.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to React.js or other frontend frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to development teams.

Role Overview:
