Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Scrum Master to guide Scrum teams in applying Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, supporting Product Owners and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction and improve Scrum maturity.

Key responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, coaching for self-organization, removing impediments, and maintaining realistic plans. Join 2 positions for an initial 10-month contract starting 01 September 2026.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies with development and project teams.
• Strong coaching skills and understanding of Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern development practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
