Job summary

Halian seeks a Tech Lead in Abu Dhabi to guide development teams through the full SDLC, aligning with best practices and cloud-native transformations. You will drive charter creation, stage-gate reviews, and governance cadences to ensure timely delivery of complex programs.

Ideal candidates bring a strong Java background, experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, React.js familiarity, and a track record in financial services digital initiatives, with PMP/ Scrum Master certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree or certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Experience in financial services and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide best practices.
• Plan charter, roadmap, and stage gates across ideation to POC/RFP.
• Run delivery cadence and maintain RAID and dependencies.
• Guide discovery backlogs, workshops, and prioritize epics/features.
• Shape POC hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation rubrics for RFPs.
• Identify risks and privacy considerations; route to internal owners.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and vendors to ensure delivery.
