Job summary

D4 Insight in Dubai seeks a Scrum Master to lead agile teams, foster Scrum maturity, and drive customer-focused delivery across CRM, data, AI, cybersecurity and consulting services.

You will coach Product Owners and development teams, remove impediments, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure plans align with quality criteria while advancing team collaboration. Joining is 01 September 2026 on a 12‑month contract; four positions are open to join the momentum.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies with development and project teams.
• Experience coaching teams on Scrum methodologies and improving maturity.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern development practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
