Job summary

CAE is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Dubai, UAE, to promote our employer brand and drive candidate engagement. You will lead innovative recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end process, and collaborate with managers to deliver top talent.

The role offers hybrid work, with in-office days Monday–Thursday and work-from-home on Fridays. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in recruitment in Dubai, experience with graduate programs, and strong social media sourcing

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruitment experience across the Dubai UAE market (Technical and/or Aviation experience would be a strong asset).
• Experience deploying graduate/internship programmes is a plus.
• Avid user of social media as a recruitment source and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative talent attraction strategies to meet current and future needs.
• Manage the full recruitment process from needs analysis to offer.
• Continuously evaluate channels for candidate screening.
• Maximize research skills and professional network to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with managers and HR partners to increase efficiency.
• Advise and influence managers throughout the recruitment process.
