Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional in Dubai to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, creative, and support roles within a fast-paced gaming and technology environment.

You will attract, assess, and hire top talent, strengthen employer branding, and partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans and pipelines aligned with business goals while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Experience hiring for technical, creative, or gaming-related roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer rollout and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop hiring plans and talent pipelines aligned with business objectives.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct search methods.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, and ensure a fair evaluation process.
• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
