Job summary

RTB House in Dubai is seeking a Technical Account Management Team Leader to guide the regional technical support and drive Real-Time Bidding campaigns. You will coordinate the team, optimize ad campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional groups across the company.

This role requires at least 2+ years of team leadership and about 5 years in digital marketing with a technical focus, plus strong English. You will help develop tools and procedures to improve performance in a hybrid Dubai

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of previous experience as a Team Lead or in a similar role.
• About 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry (preferably within retargeting) in technical capacity roles.
• Good knowledge of online campaign management.
• Knowledge of Firebug tools, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts.
• Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate and supervise the work of the team members responsible for the technical support of the company's business teams.
• Launching and optimising advertising campaigns with Real-Time Bidding technology;
• Collaborate with local head of technical account management team and other technical teams and departments of the company;
• Develop tools and procedures in order to improve the work of both own and other technical teams.
