Job summary

RTB House in United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee the technical support for our business teams, coordinate cross‑functional efforts and drive performance.

You will launch and optimize advertising campaigns using Real-Time Bidding technology, collaborate with the local head of technical account management and other technical groups, and develop tools and processes to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as Team Lead or similar role.
• Around 5 years in digital marketing, preferably retargeting, in technical roles.
• Good knowledge of online campaign management.
• Knowledge of Firebug tools, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts.
• Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, Google Analytics.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate and supervise the work of the team members responsible for the technical support of the company’s business teams.
• Launch and optimise advertising campaigns with Real‑Time Bidding technology.
• Collaborate with the local head of technical account management and other technical teams and departments of the company.
• Develop tools and procedures to improve the work of both own and other technical teams.
