• Monitor sales activity, track results, and report on performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
• Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to ensure regional plans and initiatives are fit‑for‑purpose and support growth.
• Build and manage relationships with key partners such as school groups and ministries to maximise opportunities and promote Pearson’s brand.
• Co‑develop and performance‑manage direct reports, ensuring clear goals, regular feedback, and a strong, positive team culture.
