What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for student progress, achievement, and wellbeing within the assigned Key Stage
• Articulate and implement a clear Key Stage vision aligned with the school's ethos and strategic priorities
• Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and data‑informed improvement strategies
• Support and implement the Behaviour for Learning Policy, working closely with parents and stakeholders
• Lead and manage teaching and learning quality across year groups, ensuring high expectations and standards
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate policies and practices relevant to the Key Stage
• Line‑manage, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture
• Manage resources effectively to support curriculum delivery and student outcomes
• Contribute to whole‑school planning, policy development, and operational leadership as part of the Extended Leadership Team
• Support day‑to‑day school organisation and contribute to the Performance Development Programme
• Promote and represent the Key Stage within the school community and external networks
• Champion High Performance Learning principles and embed them into classroom practice
