Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a driven Team Leader - Retail for Ain Dubai to lead frontline retail operations and motivate team members while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will oversee daily outlets readiness, coach staff, manage shifts, and drive sales priorities while upholding safety and service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Resolve guest inquiries and support service recovery when needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and guest-focused Team Leader - Retail to join our team at Ain Dubai. In this exciting role, you will lead frontline retail operations, motivate team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while supporting the achievement of sales and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily retail operations, ensuring outlets are fully prepared for opening, trading and closing activities.
• Coordinating team deployment, break schedules and sales-floor coverage to maximise efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Delivering engaging shift briefings and ensuring team members are aligned on sales priorities, promotions, safety requirements and service expectations.
• Supervising Retail Associates, Cashiers and Sales Associates, providing real-time coaching and support to maintain high performance standards.
• Creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience by resolving enquiries and supporting effective service recovery when required.
• Monitoring sales performance and driving product awareness, upselling opportunities and promotional activity.
• Ensuring accurate and compliant use of POS systems, cash handling procedures and till reconciliation processes.
• Supporting inventory control through stock replenishment, stock checks and the reporting of discrepancies or stock concerns.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays and promotional materials are presented to the highest standard.
• Preparing operational reports and escalating any guest, operational, safety or compliance issues in a timely manner.
• Championing health, safety and security standards while safeguarding company assets and guest information.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a confident retail professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will bring:

• A high school qualification or equivalent; a diploma in Retail, Business, Hospitality or a related field would be advantageous.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, sales or guest service operations, including experience supervising or coordinating frontline teams.
• Experience within hospitality, tourism, leisure, attractions or other high-volume customer-facing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• A customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
• Experience using POS systems, processing payments and supporting cash control and reconciliation activities.
• Practical knowledge of stock management, replenishment and inventory control processes.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy operational setting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages, including Arabic, would be advantageous.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays as required by the operation.
