This role includes overseeing retail tasks, ensuring high service standards, and leading a team of Sales Associates. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of retail experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations, including opening and closing stores.
• Ensure good service standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Monitor store inventory movement and report to management.
• Motivate and work as a team with Sales Associates to achieve targets.
• Ensure housekeeping standards, merchandise display, stock replenishment, and cash handling.
• Maintain accurate stock control and monitor sales trends to support management decisions.
• Report misconduct to the manager in a timely manner.
• Adhere to SOPs and assist in daily store planning for smooth operations.

Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader - Retail at Motiongate in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Managing daily retail operations, opening and closing of stores and carts

Provide good service standards in accordance with company’s philosophy

Attend to guest needs and going the extra mile to exceed guest expectations

Motivate and work as a team with Sales Associates to achieve targets

Ensure consistent housekeeping standards, merchandise display, stock replenishment, handle cash register and maintain accurate stock control

Understand sales trend and provide suggestions and feedback to Store Management team on how to achieve store revenue and per cap growth

Maintains a positive and professional representation with guest and team members interaction

Reports misconduct to the manager in a timely manner

Monitor store inventory movement & inform Store Management if there are irregularity in stock movement

Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are adhered in accordance with company policies

Schedule daily store planner to ensure a smooth operation and be proactive towards changes according to business needs

About you:

3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position

Ability to operate a computer. Minimum basic level user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Effective oral and written communications skills in English
