Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Guest Care Attendant to join the Ain Dubai guest operations team. You will greet guests, share information about Ain Dubai attractions, handle inquiries, and help maintain clean, orderly guest areas while supporting crowd control during peak times.

The role requires 1–2 years in a guest-facing environment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. A calm, professional demeanor in busy settings is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a guest-facing role, preferably in attractions, hospitality, or customer service environments.
• Basic understanding of guest service protocols and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale or ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests courteously upon arrival and throughout their visit.
• Provide accurate information about Ain Dubai’s attractions, services, and facilities.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest areas, including queue lines, cabins, and waiting zones.
• Support crowd control and guest flow during peak hours and special events.
• Monitor guest safety and comfort, reporting any incidents or hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist in the implementation of guest service initiatives and promotional activities.
• Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
