Galaxy Prime Mortgage in Dubai is seeking a Senior Team Leader to oversee a team of mortgage advisors, including senior advisors, and guide them toward ambitious individual and team goals. This full-time role requires managing daily operations, delivering training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives, optimize client service, and source new business while aiming to surpass sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of mortgage advisory experience with proven sales and client management.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in mortgage/financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and financial markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

The incumbent will also be required to source new business and will have to shoulder the responsibilities of achieving his own as well as the team targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (minimum requirement).
• At least 5 years of experience in mortgage advisory, with a proven track record in sales and client management.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, managing or leading teams in the mortgage or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and financial markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Proven ability to manage sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
