Job summary

BNW Mortgages is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to assess clients' financial situations and tailor mortgage products accordingly. You will guide clients through the application process, gather required documents, and coordinate with lenders and real estate agents to close loans.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in finance or related field, 2–3 years in mortgage advising, and a professional mortgage certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in mortgage advising or related financial services.
• Mortgage Advisor certification or equivalent credentials essential.
• Prior fast-paced sales experience advantageous for client acquisition.
