Jumeirah is seeking an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping at Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai. You will supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate service standards and maintain operational excellence in a luxury beachfront property.

• Certificate in HS&E Group Trainer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a junior management role within housekeeping in a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping attendants to ensure high standards and punctual reporting.
• Interacts with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
• Maintains records of deep cleaning activities and follows up on out-of-order rooms.
• Conducts regular inspections of corridors, public areas, back of house and rooms.
• Handles guest complaints per SOPs and reports issues to the Director Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
• Assists in taking and maintaining inventories to ensure resources are available.
• Ensures staff training, evaluations and training plans to enhance performance.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to join Jumeirah Al Naseem (National Talent) from October 2026 onwards. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervises and coordinates housekeeping attendants to ensure services are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards, including punctual reporting and correct uniform wear.
• Interacts with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and supplies.
• Maintains detailed records of all deep cleaning activities and follows up on out-of-order rooms to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of corridors, public areas, back of the house, and rooms to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Handles guest complaints according to customer feedback SOPs and reports all issues to the Director Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
• Assists in taking and maintaining various inventories, ensuring the availability of resources to carry out all tasks.
• Ensures housekeeping staff receive necessary training, conduct evaluations, and develop training plans to enhance performance and motivation.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Certificate in HS&EGroup Trainer Certificate Minimum 5 years of experience in a junior management role within housekeeping in a luxury hotel.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any other relevant field Family Book
